As the close of the year, it’s a time to reflect on the past and, of course, on the future. Many have been questioning where their priorities lie as jobs are lost or put at risk while others have lost faith in the Government as the expenses scandal revealed the shocking extent of corruption and greed throughout all three major political parties.
Christians in particular realise that in order to have a stable and civilised society that protects, supports and values all, we need moral boundaries and a code of values, but such values – including being able to trust and rely on those in power to protect the unborn and vulnerable – are rapidly being eroded.
Cleon Skousen (1913-2006) was an incredibly influential and inspiring father-of-eight. A trained lawyer, author and political commentator, he was also an FBI Special Agent and a Field Director for the American Security Council. In 1962 he wrote a book, The Naked Communist, which suggests that communists have 45 main goals they deem necessary to control the world.
Among the list were the following dozen objectives, which we are meekly allowing to happen seemingly without a murmur of dissent.
1. Break down cultural standards or morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and TV.
2. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them ‘censorship’ and a violation of free speech and free press.
3. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV and motion pictures.
4. Discredit the family and its institutions. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
5. Emphasise the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarded children to the suppressive influence of parents.
6. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as normal, natural and healthy.
7. Continue discrediting culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. Eliminate all good sculptures from parks and public buildings and substitute them with shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.
8. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with ‘social’ religion. Discredit the Holy Bible and emphasise the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a religious crutch.
9. Eliminate prayer, or any phase of religious expression, from schools.
10. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioural problems as psychiatric disorders which no-one but a psychiatrist can understand or treat.
11. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are the legitimate aspects of the country’s tradition, that students and special interest groups should rise up and use force to solve economic, political and social problems.
12. Overthrow all colonial governments before the native populations are ready for self-government.
Our leaders ought to thoroughly digest these points, for many of the ingredients recommended by anarchists for the destruction of civilised society are already in evidence here in Britain. They include the discrediting of the family, the breakdown of morality and the elimination of laws governing obscenity.
It is now exactly 47 years since these objectives were published and almost all have been achieved. It’s time to help reverse the tide. We surely owe it to future generations.

A most timely article detailing the insidious threats of the Frankfurt School and the March of Political Correctness which has been the vanguard of the Communist movement.
It not just the Frankfurt School that we must be wary of but also insidious organisations like the EU funded ‘Common Purpose’ scheme to train and infiltrate graduates and professionals who are the paid-agents of the EU into the higher echelons of British society.

I heard Neil Kinnock shout out the name of one of the architects of the Frankfurt School, Gramsci, at this year’s Labour Conference.

As Francis Schaeffer says in The God Who Is There: “The mass of people may not enter an art museum, may never read a serious book. If you were to explain the drift of modern thought to them, they might not be able to understand it; but this does not mean they are not influenced by the things they see and hear - including the cinema.”

Control of the language
Circulation of pornography
Control of the most intimate and private relations between men and women – the restructuring of the family.
Control of sex education in schools.
Control of peer pressure.
Control of acceptable public behaviour signals – e.g. hold a homosexual’s hand day.
Control of media and legislation
All this is enforced not through reason but through intimidation and fear:
Police harassment, public humiliation, loss of job, fines and penalties, children being taken away from parents, prison.
